Gothenburg, the capital of Västra Götaland county in Sweden, is the second largest city in the country after Stockholm and the fifth largest in Scandinavia.
It is located off Kattegat on the west coast of Sweden, with a population of about 600,000 in the city itself and about 1.1 million in the metropolitan area. In 2022, the city’s population increased by 9,292.
Liseberg is an amusement park in Gothenburg, Sweden. One of the largest amusement parks in Europe, in 2005 Forbes magazine listed Liseberg as one of the top 10 best amusement parks in the world.
