This stunning live panorama is available through a webcam on the Greek island of Zakynthos in the Ionian Sea.
This webcam, provided by Zantecam Greece, is installed in the Marathias Nature Park in the southwestern part of the island, known for its beautiful beach nestled among green hills.
The camera is aimed at the protected National Marine Park of Marathonisi (Turtle Island) in Laganas Bay on Zakynthos, which safeguards wildlife, especially turtles and the Mediterranean monk seal, one of the world’s most endangered marine mammals. Marathonisi is a popular tourist attraction with sea caves, a sandy beach, and spots where you can see turtles!
Zakynthos is home to many natural wonders, including beaches, the most famous of which is Navagio Beach, also known as Shipwreck Beach, due to the shipwreck remains found there.
