Wildlife can be viewed via webcam as part of the Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildlife (BGGW) project, which was set up to protect ospreys in the valley and raise awareness of other wildlife in the region.
In 2014, construction began on a new visitor center at Pont Cresor, which was officially opened by Iolo Williams the following year.
A pair of ospreys have been breeding in the Glaslyn Valley since 2004. The BGGW operated the first viewing center at Pont Cresor from 2005 until a group of local wildlife enthusiasts took over the project in 2013.
In Wales, ospreys, which have been breeding here for hundreds of years, attract thousands of visitors and attract the interest of the local community.
