A webcam shows the main square of the town of Bernal in Mexico in real time.
The town of Bernal, or San Sebastián Bernal, is located in the state of Querétaro, 200 km northwest of Mexico City – the country’s capital. The town is named after the Pena de Bernal mountain, about 300 meters high, which is the third largest monolithic rock in the world.
Bernal attracts many tourists, climbers, and esotericists, and on the day of the spring equinox, a large number of New Age followers from around the world gather here, recognizable by their white clothes. Bernal was founded in 1647 as a military garrison, and today the town survives solely on tourism.
