Monument to the founder of the city and the first ruler Ivan Crnoevich. In his right hand he holds a sword on his shoulder and in his left hand a shield with the image of a double-headed eagle.
The monument is located on the palace square of the city of Cetinje. The monument was erected on the day of the 500th anniversary of the city.
