The live webcams offers a captivating view of the Great Belt Bridge (Storebæltsbroen) or the Great Belt fixed link (Storebæltsforbindelsen), which spans the Great Belt strait between the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen.

This impressive infrastructure includes a road suspension bridge and a railway tunnel connecting Zealand to the small island of Sprogø, and a box-girder bridge that carries both road and rail traffic from Sprogø to Funen. The entire link stretches for 18 kilometers (11 miles).

The suspension bridge, officially named the East Bridge, was designed by Danish firms COWI and Ramboll, along with the architecture firm Dissing+Weitling. It boasts the world’s sixth-longest main span at 1.6 kilometers (1 mile). When it opened, it had the second-longest main span, surpassed only by the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge, which opened a few months earlier.

Tune in to the live webcams to experience the breathtaking views and architectural marvel of this iconic bridge.
