Telc is a museum city in the southern part of the historical region of Moravia in the Vysocina region. Telc is the first UNESCO World Heritage site in the Czech Republic and was added to the list in 1992. In the very center of the city is the town square, surrounded by small houses built in Renaissance and Baroque styles, with facades painted in different colors. In the center of the square, there are two fountains and the Marian Column, which was built in the early 18th century.
