On August 15, 1990, Viktor Tsoi, a legend who became famous all over the world, crashed at this place. Even without being a fan of Viktor Tsoi, everyone knows at least one of his songs by heart. The volunteers of the 35km society have created a whole memorial here.

There are always people here and the memorial is always in flowers, people leave packs of cigarettes and alcohol.

Here are information boards installed here that tell in detail about the circumstances of the death and a little about the life of Viktor Tsoi.
