Chernobyl Square, also known as “Festival Park,” is a square and park located in the Kirovsky district of the city of Astrakhan, at the corner of Victory Street and Yablochkova Street. The webcam is installed in house number 8 on General Gerasimenko Street and is facing west, providing a view of Chernobyl Square, Yablochkova Street, Magnit supermarket, and the tower of the Astrakhan Regional Radio and Television Center.
