Jordan, officially known as the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية‎), is located in Western Asia, bordered by Syria to the north, Iraq to the northeast, Saudi Arabia to the south, and Palestine and Israel to the west.
