The live webcam displays the Oberbaumbrücke bridge over the River Spree in Berlin, Germany.
The bridge, built in 1894-1896 in the neo-Gothic style by architect Otto Stahn, connects two districts of Berlin – Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. It features two towers, each 34 meters high, symbolizing the gates to Berlin. The Oberbaumbrücke is a two-level bridge, with the lower level accommodating a road and the upper level housing railway tracks for the metro. Today, this neo-Gothic bridge is one of the popular landmarks in the German capital.
