White dune is considered a landmark of the city of Saulkrasti. Along the road that leads to the White Dune, there are lime trees that, according to legend, were planted here by Catherine the Second herself.

The length of the well-maintained trail is 4 km in length and ends in the centre of Saulkrasti. The trail is made of wood, with multiple wooden sculptures, benches, and a children’s corner.
