This active volcano is located on the Kamchatka Peninsula, 40 km from the village of Klyuchi and near the Klyuchevskaya Sopka volcano. Today, it appears as an elongated mountain range with a destroyed summit from an explosive eruption in 1956. The height of the Bezymianny volcano is 2,882 meters, and numerous lava flows run down its slopes.
