Canggu, a small coastal village and 10 km beach on the southern coast of Bali, Indonesia, provides a cozy atmosphere 10 km north of Kuta. The area attracts tourists with its restaurants, cultural events and beach activities.

Canggu has become famous among surfers, especially longboarders, due to the favorable surfing conditions unique to the area. Canggu has three main lanes designed for both surfers and non-surfers. The area is also famous for the Deus Ex Machina outpost, the Deus Temple of Enthusiasm, and annual competitions focusing on classic single fin longboarding.
The main streets of Canggu include Jalan Raya Canggu, Jalan Batu Bolong, Jalan Padang Lingjong, Jalan Batu Mejan and Jalan Tanah Barak. Along Jalan Batu Bolong you can find the Pura Merajapati Temple of the Dead and the Pipitan Cemetery.
