Düsseldorf Airport is an international airport in the city of Düsseldorf in Germany, the capital of the North Rhine-Westphalia state and the seventh-largest city in the country. It is located in the Lohausen district, 9 km north of the city center. The airport serves around 20 million passengers annually and is the third largest in Germany after Munich and Frankfurt airports. The airport is a hub for German airlines such as Eurowings and Germanwings.
It has good transportation connections to the center of Düsseldorf and Cologne. There is a railway station “Düsseldorf Airport” near it. The airport has a railway station called “Düsseldorf Airport Terminal”, from which trains depart to the central stations of Düsseldorf and Cologne.
Through this webcam, you can see the airport building, its terminals, and telescopic jet bridges through which passengers move from the terminals to the aircraft and back. You can observe airplanes taxiing to the runways, refueling, and aircraft maintenance, or how tugs tow airplanes to the airport’s taxiways.
