The amusement park is located in the Tabernas Desert. A unique park where Western-style shows take place and a zoo that is home to more than 800 hundred species of animals.
Many sensational films were shot here, and in the park you can change into costumes and take pictures in the scenery – most of them are preserved.
What’s interesting?
- A cinematic past – legendary spaghetti westerns were filmed here in the 1960s and ’70s, including the iconic movie “The Good, the Bad, the Wicked” with Clint Eastwood.
- A fully preserved wild west town – with saloons, bank, sheriff’s station, jail and even a cowboy cemetery.
- Daily shows – gunfights, duels, bank robberies, can-can dancers. It all looks like you’re in a real western!
- Zoo with over 800 animals including giraffes, tigers and reptiles.
- A water park is an unexpected but welcome addition for the hot weather.
Why it’s worth a visit.
- If you’re a fan of westerns, this is the best place in Europe to experience the spirit of the Wild West.
- Great for families – kids can participate in themed games and pony rides.
- This is a rare opportunity to see the European desert, which itself looks like a movie set.
